RENTALS ARE 100% PRE-PAID or COD.

DISCOUNTS ARE VOIDED IF INVOICE NOT PAID WITHIN TERMS.

CONFIRMATION FORM MUST BE FILLED OUT, SIGNED AND RETURNED TO US AT LEAST ONE DAY BEFORE EVENT. DO NOT CONSIDER YOUR EVENT CONFIRMED UNLESS YOU HAVE RETURNED THE CONFIRMATION FORM.

Plants and props are intended for interior use or protected (from sun and wind) exteriors. We do have some material that is sun hardened. Please let us know if you need any plants for exterior locations.

Client assumes responsibility for damage or theft at reasonable replacement cost.

Delivery fees are quoted for access by hand truck or two wheeled low boy dolly with no intervening stairs between offload and venue location. Narrow passages, stairs, or difficult access considerably increase our labor and incur a delivery surcharge.

Waiting for pick up at agreed upon strike time incurs a surcharge.

MINIMUM FEES:

Minimum Rental Fee with late night pick up on ANY DAY: $1,000.00
Friday through Sunday and Holidays: $1,000.00
Monday through Thursday except Holidays: $600.00

$100.00 NON-REFUNDABLE toward fee required to hold date. Right of first refusal given upon inquiry for possible booking. We'll call you if you have a tentative date for which we receive a conflicting booking request to give you the opportunity to accept or decline.

DELIVERY & MILEAGE FEE:
DELIVERY, SET, AND STRIKE FEE: 15% of invoice total before discounts if any.
MILEAGE FEE: $00.50/mile round trip Ojai to Venue as per "MapQuest." If material is dropped off one day before event and picked up on a subsequent day, two round trips will apply to the fee unless the second trip is for our convenience.

METHOD OF PAYMENT:
Check by mail to arrive before event date.
Check may be picked up at venue when plants are delivered if arranged ahead of time.
If check is not ready at venue N30 pricing applies which is approximately 20% higher..
